Referring to The PainCare Collective
–Anyone can refer to The PainCare Collective. You can make contact and request an appointment for yourself. Or your health professional can send a referral with relevant details and we will contact you.
-All inquiries and referrals are via email: email@example.com
-Please ensure to include relevant details and a method for contacting the individual.
-We accept referrals for individuals who have had pain for longer than 3 months. This may include osteoarthritis, back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica and more. We offer comprehensive assessment, pain care plan, education and brief pain care intervention.
-For those with suspected Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), we accept referrals at any time. Assessment for CRPS includes diagnosis and education. This appointment typically takes 90 minutes.
–Individuals can self refer or be referred by their health professional (GP, medical specialist. physiotherapist, psychologist, osteopath etc).
-We accept TAC, WorkCover, Private Health Insurance and Medicare. Please be aware that you may be required to make a gap payment depending on your level of cover.
–Health professionals and employers can contact us about professional development and service development opportunities.
–Employers can make contact about programs and strategies to support employees with persistent pain.
