Overtime, through research, what we know about low back pain has evolved. Many of us would know someone or have heard of someone who has had a bad experience with low back pain. Oftentimes the message is to stop bending, stop lifting, have multiple scans, be careful.
We now know much more about low back pain and it is good news. It is rarely dangerous and with the right coaching, you can get back to doing what you love and enjoy.
